Pricing and Payment
Most of the services provided by Satin Web Solutions are custom-tailored to your needs. You’ll start with a free consultation, then we’ll provide a proposal for the services that best fit your needs. At that point, you’ll be able to select the services you would like to move forward with, sign your service agreement, and submit your deposit to get started!
Deposits and Refunds
The specifics of your situation will be detailed in your service agreement, but here are some typical practices:
Each project begins with a non-refundable deposit. If you are engaging Satin Web Solutions for a smaller one-time project, this may be the full amount of the services you are purchasing. For larger projects, such as a new website or a website redesign, we will offer you a payment plan with 2-4 payments, depending on the length of the project. The first payment is due at the time of engagement to begin work and is non-refundable. Service agreements can be terminated by either party with sufficient notice as noted in the agreement. While the initial deposit is non-refundable, subsequent payments may be partially refunded as long as all services rendered and time invested by Satin Web Solutions are paid for.
For ongoing monthly services, a non-refundable payment is due at the beginning of each month. If you choose to cancel, you will not be billed for subsequent months.
